Shipping & Returns
We offer one delivery standard provided by the carrier: EMS-USPS (Standard shipping 7-10 business days). We use USPS-EMS to expedite your
order, Standard delivery via USPS-EMS ground service takes 7-10 business days (usually - exceptions may be encountered!) anywhere in the 50
States, Hawaii, Alaska and the Virgin Islands. One advantage of express delivery is the ability for us to ship to a PO Box .
If you wish, Less than 7 Days (delivery within 7 business days) are available for an additional charge.
You may specify a delivery date and delivery carrier; however, we can only offer free delivery for normal standard.
All orders will be shipped next two business days after payment received.
You should also be aware that we can not guarantee delivery of your product. Once we pass the package off to any one of the shippers we use,
it is their responsibility to provide delivery. We are not responsible for any failure the shipper incurs in the delivery of your package.

Does the USPS Provide Package Tracking?
The USPS does NOT currently offer on-line package tracking. We do provide you via mail to inform you the tracking number and the delivery
date. We do provide you with a USPS Delivery or Signature Confirmation number which allows to determine if a package has been received. If
you require on-going package tracking, you may elect to visit the website frequently or mail us customer service center.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship internationally via USPS-EMS Airmail Parcel Post. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned back to us, we will
issue you a prompt refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned back to us, we can not issue you a refund. Most orders held by
customs is for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. If you are not sure, please contact the Customs Office in your country
before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.
You should also be aware that we can not guarantee any packages that we ship internationally. There may be delays in delivery or in customs
hold-ups which may affect our product.
Do You Ship To Canada, Australia and French Polynesia?
Yes, we do. Remember, than since last year Lida DaiDaihua was prohibited in these countries, we can not guarantee custom clearance and don't
hold any responsibility if such happens. Also, no refunds will be made. If you want us to send Lida capsules to these countries, you must
make it on your own risk.
What if an incorrect shipping address is provided?
For ALL ORDERED addresses, please provide COMPLETE and MAILABLE addresses. If you are unsure as to the correct form of the mailing address,
please verify the address PRIOR to ordering. If the mails be returned by the post because the imperfect adresses, we can not refund to you
all the amounts. Two types.
1) If the shipping address you provide us is incorrect and the product is returned to us, we will make every effort to confirm your address
and reship. Unfortunately, we cannot assume the additional charge incurred for the reshipping. We will contact you to charge your credit card
or request a check/money order to cover the reshipping charge. You will be notified of the package return.
2)If the shipping address you provide us is incorect and the product is not returned to us, so sorry that we can nont refund to you anything.
What Are Your Order Shipping Times?
We make every effect to insure that your products are prepared within 24 hours of receipt of your order. There are times, however, where
product must be made to fulfill your order, or product is out-of-stock. We will ship as soon as product is available. If you require a
product by a certain date, please let us know in the Comments portion of the checkout form, or mail us to check availability. Once your order
has been shipped, we email you the tracking number so you may track it to its destination if desired.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 14 days of delivery (the boxes should not be unpacked). Please, send
us the copy of the receipt for your order. You will receive the refund within 3-4 business days after the return of the item we get it.
To proceed with the return correctly, please, contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation as well as to
give us the tracking information on a returned package.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) and paypal payments. All credit card orders and e-checks are subject to final verification and
approval.
Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. It may take 1-5 working days, depending on the payment type and
data provided. All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the
funds are received from buyer's financial institution.
You will be notified via email in regards to your approval and shipment.
Do you accept Checks / Money Orders?
No, we do not. All the businesses via internet and we Only accept the payment we mentioned on the above.
PREPAIMENT POLICY
All orders must be prepaid. There will be no surcharge for your credit card purchase. Please, be sure to provide all of your information
correctly, otherwise, it could lead to a delay or a cancellation.
